Capital O Hotel San Jose, San Luis Potosi

The rooms were well-furnished with comfortable beds, and the hot shower was a delight. The location of the hotel was perfect, great to easily explore the surrounding area. the owner was kind enough to let us park our car in the internal garden. I highly recommend this hotel.

Upon arriving at this hotel, we were amazed by the luxurious amenities and private facilities provided. the service was welcoming, and we were swiftly checked-in. the location was ideal, with easy access to several local attractions.

The only minor issue we had was with the temperature control in the room. Although the room temperature was generally comfortable, there were times when it felt a bit too hot or cold.

This hotel is situated in the heart of downtown, making it very convenient for exploring the area. You'll be close to everything, including all the sights. the rooms are cozy and comfortable, and the hot shower is lovely. Plus, the staff is very accommodating and friendly.

Some of the staff could be more considerate of their guests, as mentioned in previous reviews.

We had a great time during our recent stay! The room we received was spacious and well-furnished, complete with plush towels and fresh bed linens. Plus, the location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. Another great aspect was the excellent WiFi connection, which allowed us to keep in touch with family and friends back home. we had a positive experience and would recommend this accommodation to others.

On the negative side, we did encounter some communication issues when making our reservation and upon arrival. It would have been helpful for the staff to provide more clear and detailed information during these times.

Great facilities and beautiful location! the towels were plush, beds made up, and the kitchen provided was excellent. the best part was the inner courtyard garden, which was so cozy and inviting. We loved the fact that it was centrally located and very close to the historic center.

Despite the fact that we paid for using washing machine, the lady refused to provide detergent, which we thought was rude.
